1. Fill Tailoring request Form

Fill out the Tailoring Request Form in the user dashboard for your purchased item available in your Locker. Submit the Request Form with measurement and additional instructions details.

2. Chat with Tailoring Coordinator

Once you submit the Form, your Tailoring coordinator will contact you via WhatsApp chat within 24-48 hours. You can discuss the details with your tailoring coordinator and they will be able to get your work done

3. Make Payment

Once your tailoring coordinator reviews your requirement, the total tailoring cost will be calculated and you will receive an invoice to your email ID and to your AirMyCart account for you to make the payment.

4. Complete Tailoring & Deliver to your locker

Once we receive your payment your tailoring coordinator will get your work done and have it sent to the locker. You will get notified with a photo image of the item for your review.

5. Inspect Tailoring Items

Once you review the tailoring item, we will have it consolidated with other items in your locker into one shipment and send it to your doorstep in 3-5 business days.

Service cost details

• The cost of our tailoring Service is INR 255
• Any rework on your tailoring needs will be of additional service charges
• Tailoring services are provided only for the items which you have shipped to the locker account
