- Artificial jewelry should have a purchase invoice bill for shipping to ensure the jewelry is not of a gold/diamond/silver precious category. The purchase invoice bill should have a GST vendor number.
- Oils/liquids allowed with the following condition – branded with manufacturing label – up to 250ml bottle size, 5 such bottles in one shipment allowed.
- Liquid, semi-liquid and gases except – face wash, shampoo, body wash, sauces, any gel cosmetics, any liquid cosmetics 250ml, serum 250ml, rose water 250ml, etc.
- Perfumes containing alcohol
- Homemade Food to Other Countries – Allowed – minimum shelf life 22 days.
- Food products without FSSAI certification to Australia and New Zealand
- Flammable liquids/solids, Oxidizing substances
- Toxic/infectious substances including Rat Poisons, Pesticides, etc. Radioactive material
- Dry ice, Firearms, explosives, military equipment, Flammable adhesives, Infectious substances, Magnetized materials
- Corrosive like cleaning fluids
- Non-veg Items
- Ayurveda Medicines – Only churnam powders, leham, jam, liquids of 250ml bottles (5 such bottles in one shipment) are allowed. No capsules or tablet form allowed
- Electronics that require Export licenses like Radars, Sonars, Telecom equipment, etc.
- Live or dead animals
- Hunting (Animal) trophies, animal parts such as ivory, skins, and sharks’ fin, animal remains, or Animal-by-Products
- Bullion (of any precious metal)
- Asbestos, dry ice, magnetized material
- Allopathy Medicines – only vitamin supplements in powder form, jam form, liquids up to 250ml bottles (5 such in one shipment) are allowed
- Dairy Items except ghee, chocolates, milk powder, etc. Please check with us if it is allowed to your country. Exceptions apply.
- Loose precious and semi-precious stones
- All illegal drugs, controlled substances, narcotics, and drug paraphernalia

- Agarbattis/Incense sticks (Limited quantity - 1kg of agarbattis/Incense per shipment allowed)

NOTE:
We won’t be able to ship this category of items internationally. However, the shipment of some items can vary depending on the country you are shipping to, as it is specific to the customs of that country.Medicines Shipping
For shipping medicines, we need the below-mentioned documents:
- 1. Indian Doctor’s Prescription (With complete details and reason for prescribing the medicine's usage)
- 2. Original Medicine purchase bill
- 3. Receiver's passport & visa copy
- 4. Medicine prescription to be limited to 90 days only – Nothing beyond 90 days.
We ship only branded medicines which include content, manufacturer's details, expiry date, value, and the intended use of the medicines.
- We do not ship any non-branded Ayurvedic/Siddha/Homeopathy medicines.
- We do not ship any liquid medicine (any oil/syrups/juice).
- Sexual Wellness Products are not allowed.
- Shipments that may require additional time include those containing items under review, hazardous materials, oversized packages, or when additional export documentation is required.
For security reasons, Airmycart checks every item received in our facility before dispatching to the destination country.
Home Made Food: Any homemade food subject to destination clearance needs to be handled by the consignee.
Regulations
Airmycart reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including returning merchandise, suspending or terminating account, and/or reporting matter to law enforcement authorities, should the Company reasonably believe it to be required by applicable law, or if it reasonably suspects fraudulent or otherwise illegal activity is afoot. Customer must be held responsible for any software and/or date residing on used electronic equipment and must comply with import and export laws and government regulations in India.and Destination country customs regulation. Customer is responsible for ensuring that all items sent to our warehouse satisfy all laws and regulations of India.
