Why do you need a personal shopper?

• Some Indian online stores do not accept international credit/debit cards.
• Some online vendors won’t let you register on their sites without a local mobile number to access the OTP or a valid Indian Billing Address.
• Some Local Stores don’t have Online Shopping.

1. Fill Shopping List

Signup and login into your user dashboard. Fill out the personal shopper Form with a list of products you want to purchase, These products can be purchased at a local store or online shopping portal. Submit the form with all the product details and the appropriate URL that you wish to purchase.

2. Chat with Personal shopper coordinator

Once you submit the Request Form, your personal shopper will contact you via WhatsApp chat within 24-48 hours. You can coordinate with them and they will be in constant touch with you till the end of your purchases

3. Advance Payment

Based on the products in the Requested Form we will estimate the approximate Total purchase cost and you will receive an invoice to your email ID and to your airmycart account for you to make the payment. Any difference in the total cost after the purchase will be settled at the end and reflected in your airmycart account.

4. Shopper will shop and ship to your locker

Once the payment is received, your personal shopper will purchase your items on your behalf. After successful purchases, you’ll receive a notification when the items arrive in your airmycart locker account. You will be able to view the purchased item and then review it.

5. Inspect your Item in your locker

Once you review the purchased item in your locker and we will have it consolidated with other items in your locker into one shipment and send it to your doorstep in 3-5 business days

Service cost details

• The cost of Personal Shopper service Starting at INR 399 per store / online purchases + 4% of total purchase value of Goods.
• If you plan to return the purchased items and above service cost will not be refunded.
• Personal shopping request added (before) 11am IST will be fulfilled the same day. Else they will happen in 23(24)-48 Hours after request placed.
